AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF SECTION 8104 OF
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO BUILDING REGULATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph b)(4) of Section 8104
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
4) Faulty or Defective Sidewalks. Whenever
the Building Official finds that existing
sidewalks and/or driveway approaches are
faulty or defective and represent a
danger to public safety, he shfll con-
dition the issuance of any building permit
so as to require the repair, or removal
and reconstruction of said sidewalks
and/or driveway approaches."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
