AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN OF THE CITY'S ZONING REGU-
LATIONS CASE NO: AZC-53).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 3 d) of Section 9552
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby repealed and
rescinded.
SECTION 2. That Section 9537 of said Code is hereby
amended by striking therefrom the phrase thirty 30)
inches" and inserting in its place and stead, the phrase
twenty-four 24) inches".
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of November
1971.
