ORDINANCE NO. 617
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK WENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-3 TO C-I
ZONE CASE NO. Z-350)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORQAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located
at 1026 Leorita Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, More particularly described as:
Parcel 39, on page 8 of the 1971 Los Angeles County
Assessor's Nap Book No. 8559
be, and the sane hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-3 to Zone C-1, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the sane to be punished in the Manner prescribed
by law.
