AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE BALDWIN PARK
ZONING CODE RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION
STORAGE YARDS. AZC-54)
THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subsection 21 of Section 9620 of
the Baldwin Park Zoning Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
21. Contractors storage yards,
provided that a conditional
use permit therefor is first
obtained."
SECTION 2. That Subsection 10 of Section 9630 of
the Baldwin Park Zoning Code is hereby deleted.
SECTION 3. That Subsection 3a of Section 9631 be
added to the Baldwin Park Zoning Code to read as follows:
3a. Contractor or construction
offices, shops and yards."
SECTION 4. That Subsection 2(i) of Section 9522 is
hereby added to the Baldwin Park Zoning Code, to read as
follows:
i) A nonconfonning use of a con-
tractor or construction office,
shop or yard, two 2) years."
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of December
1971.
