ORDINANCE NO. 620
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-1 TO R-3
ZONE CASE NO. Z-348)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located
at 3000 through 3070 Vineland Avenue and 13925 and 13979 Corak Street,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as:
VINELAND: Parcel Nos. 1 through 109, page 19 of the 1971
Los Angeles County Assessor's Map Book No. 8555
CORAK: Parcel Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, page 17 of the
1971 Los Angeles County Assessor's Map Book
No. 8555
be, and the same hereby is rezoned from Zone R-1 to R-3 and the Director
of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map" of the City of Baldwin Park to
reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
