That an anem—ant to the Contract between the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park and the Board of Afkrinl- stratlon, California Public EMployees* Retlrenent Syslei Is hereby authorized, a copy of said awndwnt being attached hereto, Marked Exhibit A", and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out In full. SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Baldwin Park Is hereby authorized, eMpowered, and directed to execute said a—ndnnt for and on behalf of said Agency. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after the date of Its adoption, and prior to the expiration of 15 days froo the passage thereof shall be published at least once In the Baldwin Park Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, pub- lished and circulated In the City of Baldwin Park, and thenceforth and thereafter the sane shall be In full force and effect.
