ORDINANCE NO. 625
AN ORDINANCE OF TOE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-1 TO
R-3 ZONE CASE NO. Z-351)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
located at 4114-1/2, 4116-1/2 and 4118 Robin Avenue, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as:
Parcel No. 25, page 21 of the 1971 Los Angeles County
Assessor's Map Book No. 8544.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from C-1 to Zone R-3, and the Director
of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to
reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of February 1972.

Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 2nd day of February 1972, by the following vote:
