AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNcTToF'
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING
CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM C-1 TO R-3 AND R-1 ZONE CASE NO.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
located at 13827 and 13833 Los Angeles Street and 4431, 4417 and 4423
Bresee Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Los Angeles Street: Parcels 26 and 28, page 25 of the
1971 Los Angeles County Assessor's Map Book No. 8537.
Bresee Avenue: Parcels 3 and 29, page 25 of the 1971
Los Angeles County Assessor's Map Book No. 8537.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 to R-3 on Los Angeles
Street and 4417 and 4423 Bresee Avenue, Zone C-1 to Zone R-1 on 4431
Bresee Avenue, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map
of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of February 1972.

I, THELMA L. BALKUS, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 626 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 19th day of January, 1972. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly
adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day
of February 1972, by the following vote:
