ORDINANCE NO. 628 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDMIN PARK AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE BALDWIN PARK ZONING CODE RELATING TO PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES IN THE C-2 AND M-1 ZONES. AZC-62) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Subsection 14a of Section 9472 and subsection 7 of Section 9631 of the Baldwin Park Zoning Code are hereby repealed and rescinded. SECTION 2. Subsection 29a is hereby added to Section 9610 of the Baldwin P_ark Zoning Code reading as follows: 29a. Liquor establishment, possessing on sale license provided that a Conditional Use Permit is obtained." SECTION 3. Section 9630 of the Baldwin Park Zoning Code is here- by amended by the addition thereto of the following sections: 2a. Automobile service and repair 6a. Boat sales and service, new and used 10. Concrete products, manufacturing.of, provided use is located within 300 feet of any R zone, a Conditional Use Permit shall first be obtained. 12a. Equipment rental 14a. Fabricating of steel, including snap riveting, provided if such use is located within 300 feet of any R-Zone. a Conditional Use Permit shall be obtained. 26a. Paper baling, provided if such use is located within 300 feet of any R-Zone, a Conditional Use Permit must be obtained. 29a. Restaurants 38a. Vehicle sales, new; used veh1c1e>sa1es shall be permitted only as an accessory use when contiguous to new vehicle sales area. N SECTION 4.
