HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 630ORD 630ÜÂh£Ÿjì¸ORDINANCE NO. 630 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE" OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: i SECTION 1. That subparagraph a) of Section 4100J Chapter 1 of Article IV, of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code. TS hereby amended to read as follows: 4100. ADOPTION OF THE ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE". i) Adoption. Except for Article VI, consisting of Sections 601 through 627, inclusive, the Animal Control Ordinance of the County of Los Angeles", the same being Ordinance No. 4729 as amended through, and including, July 30, 1971, is hereby adopted by this reference, as the Animal Control Ordinance for the City of Baldwin Park hereinafter referred to as Animal Control Ordinance"), Three 3) copies of said Animal Control Ordinance are on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park and are available for inspection by interested members of the public." SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
