AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONES
R-2 AND R-3 TO ZONE C-1 ZONE CASE
NO. Z-356)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
1661 Puente Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
Parcel No. 16, page 4 and portions of 10, 11 and 12, of
page 5 of the 1971 Los Angeles County Assessor's Map
Book No. 8558
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zones R-2 and R-3 to Zone C-1, and
the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of March 1972.
