ORDINANCE NO. 636
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK AMENDING SECTIONS 9501 AND 9506
OF THE BALDWIN PARK ZONING CODE RE-
LATING TO OFF-STREET PARKING REQUIRE-
MENTS CASE MO. AZC-63
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following additions or amendments
are hereby made to Section 9501 of the Baldwin Park
Zoning Code:
a) Subsection 3a is hereby added reading
as follows:
3a. Convalescent Homes, Rest Homes
One for every three beds*"
b) Subsection 10 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
10. Mobile Home Parks Two spaces
for each trailer site"
c) Subsection 12 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
12. Motels, Motor Lodges, Tourist
Courts One for each sleeping unit and
two parking spaces for each motel unit
with kitchen facilities."
d) Subsection 18c is hereby amended to
read as follows:
c. Having more than 20,000 square
feet of gross floor area One parking space
for each 180 square feet of gross floor area."
e) Subsection 22 is hereby added reading as
follows:
22. Youth Centers One parking space
for each 400 square feet of gross floor area
plus one space for each full-time instructor."
SECTION 2. Subsection 2b of Section 9506 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
2b. Parking Areas for 30 or more vehicles
shall be provided with at least 2 driveways."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
