ORDINANCE NO. 638
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CORRECTING
A CLERICAL ERROR IN ORDINANCE NO. 629
RELATING TO NON-CONFORMING USES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare,
follows:

a) That the City Council on December 1,
1971, adopted Ordinance No. 619, which had the
effect of amending certain of the City's zoning
regulations applicable to contractor storage
yards; and
b) That on February 16, 1972, said City
Council adopted Ordinance No. 629 which had
the effect of amending Section 9522 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code relating to non-
conforming uses in general; and
c) That by inadvertence the provisions
contained in SECTION 4 of Ordinance No, 619
were omitted from Ordinance No. 629; and
d) That this ordinance is required in
order to correct the clerical error above
described.
SECTION 2. That Subparagraph i) is hereby added to Sub-
Section 2 of Section 9522 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
to read as follows:
i) A non-conforming use of a con-
tractor or construction office,
shop or yard, two 2) years."
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this l7th day of May 1972.
