AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-3 TO ZONE C-2 APPLICANT: GOLDEN STATE
BANK; ZONE CASE NO. Z-359)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, tnat certain real property located at
4027 and 4031 Sterling Drive, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as:
Parcels 6 and 7, Page 10 of the 1971 Los Angeles
County Assessor's Map Book No. 8553
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-3 to Zone C-2 and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map" of the City of Baldwin
Park to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of November, 1972.

adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 1st day
of November 1972, by the following vote:
