ORDINANCE NO.642
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE CITY'S
BUSINESS LICENSE ORDINANCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 15)(c) of Section
6131 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
by striking therefrom the phrase: a fee of $3.00"; and
the phrase a filing and processing fee in an amount to
be determined by the Director of Finance", shall be
inserted in its place and stead.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.

regular aeting of the City Council on the 5th day of July 1972,
