ORDINANCE NO. 645
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-361;
APPLICANT: VILLA FRANCISQUITO)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 14100
Francisquito Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Ange1es» State
of California, more particularly described as:
Parcel 32. Page 1 of the Los Angeles County Assessor's
Map Book No. 8464
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone C-2, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park"
to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this l6th day of August 1972.
