Z-362; APPLICANT: CLYDE BRANSON) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 3059 3060 Feather Avenue and 13904, 13910 and 13918 Corak Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: Parcel Nos. 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Page 17 of the Los Angeles County Assessor's Map Book No. 8555 be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone C-2, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
