ORDINANCE NO. 648
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO SPECIFIC PLANS TO ALLOW
TWO HOUSES ON DEEP LOTS IN THE AREA
OF MANGUM STREET BETWEEN FAIRGROVE
STREET ON THE NORTH, BESS AVENUE ON
THE SOUTH, ATHOL STREET ON THE WEST
AND FRAZIER STREET ON THE EAST
CASE NO. SP-24)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9879 entitled Specific Plan No. 24" is
hereby added to the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to read as follows:
9879. SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 24. Specific Plan No. 24,
as shown on Exhibit A", attached hereto and Incorporated
herein by this reference, is hereby approved, and that the
development of the street pattern in the area to which
said Specific Plan relates shall be accommodated in sub-
stantially the form as 1s shown on said Exhibit A"."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of September, 1972.

duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 20th
