AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN-
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-3 TO ZONE M-1 ZONE CASE NO.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That. notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
located at 925 and 927 Baldwin Park Boulevard, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as:
The Southeasterly 195.00 feet of Lot
No. 718. in the City of Baldwin Park
Los Angeles, State of California, as
recorded in Book 17, Page 17 of Maps
of the Recorder of said County.

in the Office
Excepting therefrom, the Southeasterly 20 feet of
said lot.
Also excepting therefrom those portions previously
dedicated for public road and highway purposes.
Also excepting therefrom all property South of the
North line of Walnut Creek Wash as it exists on
November 24. 1972.

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
