AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 5206 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO REFUSE
COLLECTION FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph a) of Section 5206 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
a) Residential. For single family
residential units, the sum of $2.28 per month;
for residential units, multiple, the sum of
$2.28 per month for the first unit. and $1.30
per month for each additional unit; and"
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall become effective
on April 1, 1973.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of February
1973.

after, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 21st day of February 1973, by the
