ORDINANCE NO. 656
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE M-1
ZONE URGENCY ORDINANCE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9630 of the Baldwin Park Mum'cioal
Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Subparagraph 1).
SECTION 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an
urgency ordinance and shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
A Statement of Facts constituting the basis for its urgency is as
follows: that at the time of the adoption of Ordinance No. 637, due
to a clerical error Subparagraph 1) of Section 9630 was not repealed;
that the immediate adoption of this Ordinance is necessary to correct
said clerical error; that the public interest, convenience and necessity
require the immediate adoption of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
