AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE M-1
ZONE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9630 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
Subparagraph 1).
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of March
1973.

I, THELMA L. BALKUS, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin
Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 657 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 7th day of March 1973.
That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 2lst day of March
1973, by the following vote:
