ORDINANCE NO- 658
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND RE20NING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
M-l TO ZONE R-l ZONE CASE NO. 2-365)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1- That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code that certain real property
located at 14913, 14919, 14925 and 14931 East Cragmont Street and
5053, 5054, 5055 and 5060 North Heintz Street in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as:
Parcel Nos. 12, 13. 14, 15, 16 and 17, Page 2; and
Parcel No- 15, Page 3, of the Los Angeles County
Assessor's Book of Maps No. 8414.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone M-l to Zone R-l, and
the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City
of Baldwin Park" to reflect such changes.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of March 1973.
