HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 659ORD 659x ôÎÃORDINANCE NO. 659 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-2 TO ZONE R-1 ZONE CASE NO. Z-366) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code that certain real property located at 3116. 3120, 3130, 3138, 3146, 3202, 3210 and 3224 Puente Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: Parcels 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Page 20 of the 1972 Los Angeles County Assessor's Map Book No. 8460 be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-2 to Zone R-1, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such changes. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
