AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 4243 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO POOLROOMS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph b) of Section 4243
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
b) Minors. No person under the age
of 18 years shall enter, be, or remain in,
any billiard or pool hall, or in any billiard
or poolroom, which room is exclusively devoted
to such use, in the City, unless such person
is accompanied by his parent or guardian. No
person, whether as owner, operator, or person
in charge of any pool or billiard room or hall,
shall permit any person under the age of 18
years to enter, be, or remain in any such pool
or billiard room or hall."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same
to be published in the manner prescribed by law.

City Council on the l8th day of April 1973. by the following

AYES: COUNCILMEN KING, HAMILTON, GREGORY, MC CARON AND MAYOR BLEWETT
NOES: COUNCILMAN
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN
