CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-357;

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
17/7^..
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
14482 and 14484 Merced Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as:
Parcel 1: A portion of Lot 23, Block A, Tract 10855
of Map Book 188-24-25 except therefrom those portions
dedicated for public street purposes designated as
Garvey Avenue and Puente Avenue;
Parcel 2: Portions of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7. 8, 9 and 10
of Tract 11465 of Map Book 285-36-37 except those portions
dedicated for public street purposes described as
Garvey Avenue, Merced Avenue and Puente Avenue as
recorded in the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone C-2, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park"
to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 1976.

the 7th day of April, 1976. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly
approved and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council on
the 15th day of April, 1976 by the following vote:
