AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
M-l TO ZONE R-l ZONE CASE NO. Z-368)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That/ notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property located at 5135 and 5132 North Gayhurst Avenue South to
5038 and 5033 North Gayhurst Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as:
Parcel Nos. 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Page 9; Parcel
Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Page 8; and Parcel
Nos. 29, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 44, 45, and 46 of
Page 7 of the Los Angeles County Assessor's 1972
Book of Maps No. 8413
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone M-l to Zone R-l,
and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the
City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
