ORDINANCE NO. 667
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH
6) TO SECTION 3381 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO SPECIAL SPEED
ZONES N/S RAMONA BLVD. BET. BALDWIN PARK
BLVD. & DOWNING AVE, AND S/S RAMONA BLVD.
BET. BALDWIN PARK BLVD. AND BOGART AVE.)
THE CITY" COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 6) is hereby added to
Section 3381 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to read as
follows:
Name of Street or Declared Prima Facie
Portion Affected Speed Limit____
6) Parking lot on North side of 15 Miles Per Hour
Ramona Boulevard between Baldwin
Park Boulevard and Downing Avenue
and parking lot on South side of
Ramona Boulevard between Baldwin
Park Boulevard and Bogart Avenue
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of September, 1973.
