ORDINANCE NO. 668
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADDING
SECTION 9610 A 14) OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
PERMITTED USES IN TOE C-2 ZONE
CASE NO. AZC-67)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI1Y OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9610 A 14) is hereby added to
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code to read as follows:
14) CLOTHING STORES. New retail sales only
except that as an integral part of any such
new retail clothing business/ there may be
retail sales of used clothing, provided that
not less than 80% of the sales area of the
store is devoted to the sales of new clothing."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
