ORDINANCE NO. 669 S1—^ u-iNG /.p^3.^
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-M TO ZONE R-l ZONE CASE NO. Z-369)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, those certain real prop-
erties located at 15430, 15431, 15437, 15440 and 15443 East
Sandstone Street; 15434 and 15437 East Nubia Street and 5041 and
4957 North Azusa Canyon Road, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as:
Parcels No. 1, 2, 3, 23, 26 and 27 of Tract No. 14416y
Parcel No. 23 of Tract No. 18535 and Parcels No, 17
and 19 of Tract No. T.1S., R.10W/ of Pages 2, 3 and 20
of the County Assessor's Map Book No. 8413
be, and the same hereby are, rezoned from Zone C-M to Zone R-l
and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the
City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manrler
prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 3rd day of October 1973.

1973. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly adopted and
passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 3rd
day of October 1973, by the following vote;
