AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY CTfiS^iB R
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARfe,,
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-l TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-371)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, those certain real prop-
erties located at 13440 Waco Street, 13432 Garvey Avenue and
13400 Garvey Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as:
Parcels No. 18, 20 and 21 of Page 18 of the Los Angeles
County Assessor's Map Book No. 8556
be, and the same hereby are, rezoned fron Zone C-l to Zone C-2
and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the
City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 7th day of November 1973.

regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 17th day of October
1973. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly adopted and
passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 7th day of
November 1973, by the following vote:
