ORDINANCE NO. 673
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-I AND C-l TO C-2 ZONE CASE NO.
Z-372)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TOE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the properties located at 13826 Francis-
quito Avenue and 13832 Francisquito Avenue, in the City of
Baldwin Park/ County of Los Angeles/ State of California as
shown on Exhibit A" dated November 27, 1973, herewith attached,
are rezoned from R-l and C-l to C-2. The Director of Planning
shall amend the Zoning Map" of the City of Baldwin Park to
reflect these changes.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 19th day of December 1973.
