AN INTERIM ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK ADDING SECTION 9475.1 TO THE ZONING
CODE OF SAID CITY URGENCY ORDINANCE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 9475.1, to read as follows, is
hereby added to the Baldwin Park Municipal Code:
9475.1 In cases of proven hardship, the
City Council may waive the applicable filing fee
for conditional use permits.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is found to be necessary due
to a case of extreme hardship and for the protection of the
public health, safety and welfare. This ordinance shall
take effect immediately upon its adoption and shall be
effective for a period of thirty days.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop«
tion of this Ordinance as an interim urgency measure pur-
suant to Section 65858 of the Government Code and shall
cause the same to be processed in the manner prescribed by
law.
