ORDINANCE NO. 675
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
M-R TO M-l AND PROM ZONE R-2 TO
R-l ZONE CASE NO. Z-373)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That those properties located at 14233 through
14385 Joanbridge Street/ in the City of Baldwin Park/ County
of Los Angeles, State of California as shown on Exhibit A"
dated December 6, 1973/ herewith attached/ are rezoned from
Zone M-R to M-l and from Zone R-2 to R-l. The Director of
Planning shall amend the Zoning Map" of the City of Baldwin
Park to reflect these changes.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 2nd day of January, 1974.

adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council
