AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-M TO ZONE R-1 ZONE CASE NO. Z-377) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 4817 through 4951 Azusa Canyon Road. in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: Parcel Nos. 1 through 7 and 18, Page 20, Parcel Nos 1 through 9, Page 21; Parcel Nos 2 through 4, Page 22; Book 8413 of the Los Angeles County Assessor be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-M to Zone R-1, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park to reflect such change. SECTION 2.
