ORDINANCE NO. 678
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND CLASSIFYING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY, PROPOSED FOR
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY, TO ZONE M-l ZONE
CASE NO, Z-378) ANNEXATION NO. 22)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, those
certain real properties located at Vineland and Virginia
Avenue, in the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at most southerly corner of Lot 17
of El Monte Walnut Place as shown on maps
filed in Book 6 Page 104 of Maps in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles; thence northwesterly and
easterly along the boundary of the City of
Baldwin Park as same existed on November 16,
1973, to the southeasterly line of said lot
thence southwesterly in a direct line to the
point of beginning*
be, and the same hereby are, classified in Zone M-l and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the
City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect upon
the date that the property, above described, is annexed to
the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
