J^-"" AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNClIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND KL- ZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-2 TO ZONE C-M ZONE CASE NO. Z-376; APPLICANT: J. H. HEDRICK COJ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section J451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 12737 through 12749 Garvey Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: Parcels 7 through 9, Page 5, Book 8550 of the Los Angeles County Assessor be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-2 to Zone C-M, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That tne City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May 1974.
