AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY C<JOHt!lL UP
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND RE-
ZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL
PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-l TO ZONE R-3
ZONE CASE NO. Z-380)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property located at 13727 to 13743 Los Angeles Street, in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as:
Parcels 6 through 9, Page 8, Book 8542 of
the Los Angeles County Assessor
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-l to R-3, and
the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the
City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by law-
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August 1974.
