ORDINANCE NO. 696
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADDING SUB-
PARAGRAPH 7) TO SECTION 3380 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING
TO SPECIAL SPEED ZONES DALEWOOD STREET
BETWEEN ITUNI STREET AND THE EASTERLY
CITY LIMITS AND GARVEY AVENUE BETWEEN
PUENTE AVENUE AND THE EASTERLY CITY
LIMITS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 7) is hereby added to Section
3380 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to read as follows:
Name of Street or Declared Prima Facie
Portion Affected Speed Limit
1) Dalewood Street between Ituni 35 Miles Per Hour
Street and the Easterly City
Limits
2) Garvey Avenue between Puente 35 Miles Per Hour
Avenue and the Easterly City
Limits
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October 1974.
