AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH 2 a) OF
SECTION 9506 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO DRIVE-
WAYS IN THE R-1 ZONE CASE NO.
AZC-70)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 2 a) of Section 9506 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
All driveways in the R-1 Zone shall be a
minimum of ten 10) feet in width. Drive-
ways in a11 other zones serving parking
areas shall be a minimum of twelve 12)
feet in width. Where both ingress and
egress are provided on a single driveway,
the minimum width shall be sixteen 16)
feet."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November 1974.

Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 6th day of November 1974, by the following vote;
