ORDINANCE NO. 699
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY.,AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-1 TO ZONE M-1 ZONE CASE NO. Z-386;
APPLICANT: WALTER TATE)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, on the northerly 141^ feet of that certain
real property located at 15205 and 1,5211 Nubia Street, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as:
All of the property lying northerly of Nubia Street
a distance of 239+^ feet and westerly of Calmview
Avenue a distance of 167+_ feet except the southerly
98 feet, all lying within T.I.S.R.10.W. in the City
of Baldwin Park.

be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone M-1, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of May 1975.
