ORDINANCE NO. 700
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
THE POSITION OF CITY MANAGER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2306 is hereby added to the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code to read as follows:
2306. Employment Agreement. The provisions of
Section 2303 and 2304 hereof in their entirety, and
Subsection c) of Section 2201, shall be deemed, for
all purposes, suspended, and of no effect, during
such time or times, as an employment agreement, re-
lating to the position of City Manager, is in effect."

April, 1975. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly
passed and approved at an adjourned regular meeting of the
City Council on the 24th day of April, 1975. by the following
