ORDINANCE NO. 702
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO THE POSITION OF CITY
MANAGER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2306 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
2306. Employment Agreement. The provisions of Section
2303 and 2304 hereof in their entirety, and Subsection c) 1)
c. of Section 2201, shall be deemed, for all purposes, sus-
pended, and of no effect, during such time or times, as an
employment aqreement, relating to the position of City Manager,
is in effect."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of May 1975.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 702 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 7th day of May, 1975. That, thereafter, said
Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 21st day of May 1975,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN KING. GREGORY. MC CARON, WALDO AND MAYOR HAMILTON
NOES: COUNCILMEN__________________________________
