ORDINANCE NO. 706
AN ORDINANCE OF TOE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE
C-2 TO ZONE C-M ZONE CASE NO. Z-385;
APPLICANT: J. 0. STEINY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
12849 East Garvey Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as;
Lots 9 and 10 in Block A" of Tract No. 10953 as per
Map recorded in Book 193, Pages 44 and 45 of Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of said County
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-2 to Zone C-M, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of June 1975.
