ORDINANCE NO. 710
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADDING A CERTAIN
SECTION TO THE BALDWIN PARK ZONING CODE
RELATING TO THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY CASE NO. AZC-71)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9457 is hereby added to the Baldwin Park
Zoning Code to read as follows:
9457. COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. Notwithstanding
any of the provisions of this Chapter, whenever an area of
the City has been included in an adopted redevelopment plan,
if such plan contains any standards relating to land usage,
such standards shall control to the exclusion of any contra-
dictory provisons of this Chapter."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner
required by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20th day of August 1975.

NOES: COUNCILMEN
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN KING
