AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL'-W-TW
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION
3270 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN
STREETS DALEWOOD STREET BETWEEN ITUNI
STREET AND THE EASTERLY CITY LIMITS AND
GARVEY AVENUE BETWEEN PUENTE AVENUE AND
THE EASTERLY CITY LIMITS AND RAMONA
BOULEVARD BETWEEN BADILLO STREET AND THE
EASTERLY CITY LIMITS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3270 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is hereby amended, by adding the following, to read as follows:

Dalewood Street between Ituni
Street and the Easterly City
Limits
Garvey Avenue between Puente
Avenue and the Easterly City
Limits
Ramona Boulevard between
Badillo Street and the East-
erly City Limits
Declared Prima Facie
Speed Limit
35 miles per hour

35 miles per hour
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 1975.
