AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-1 TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-389; APPLICANT: ROBERT J. SMITH) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 4400, 4408 and 4416 North Maine Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: Lot 1 Parcel Map No. 762 as recorded with the County of Los Angeles, in Book 20, Page 99. be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-1 to Zone C-2, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such chanqe. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
