MAP OF SAID CITY. AND REZONING CER-TAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FRON lOUE"^
R-3 TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-388;
APPLICANT: MORRIS LEVY)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstandinq the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code. that certain real oroperty located at
13626 Ramona Boulevard. In the City of Baldwin Park. County of Los Anqeles,
State of California, more particularly described as:
That oortion of Lot 5, Tract 718 City of Baldwin Park),
as per map recorded in Book 17, Page 17 of Maps, In the
office of the County Recorder of Los Anqeles County,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Lot 5,
distant 300 feet westerly from the northeast corner
thereof, thence southerly parallel with the easterly
line of said lot, 165 feet; thence westerly parallel
to the northerly line of said lot, 100 feet; thence
northerly parallel to the easterly line of said lot
165 feet to the northerly line of said lot; thence
easterly along northerly line 100 feet to the point
of beginnina.

Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner pre-
scribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of December 1975.
