AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCH-"6F--
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, ADDING
SECTION 3219 TO THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING
FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS BLUE CURB LAW)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3219 is hereby added to the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code, to read as follows:
3219. PARKING FOR HANDICAPPED PERSONS.
When any curb is painted blue, no person shall stop,
stand or park any vehicle in the street adjacent thereto,
unless such vehicle displays a license plate, issued to a
handicapped person or a disabled veteran pursuant to the
California Vehicle Code."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21st day of January 1976.

and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 7th day of January 1976. That, thereafter, said
Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 21st day of January 1976, by the following
