AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY. AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-2 TO ZONE
R-3 ZONE CASE NO. Z-391; APPLICANT
DR. THOMAS KOUMAS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
14033 Ramona Parkway, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles.
State of California, more particularly described on Exhibit A" attached
hereto be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-2- to Zone R-3 and
the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April 1976.

duly approved and adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the City Council
on the 15th day of April, 1976 by the following vote:

That portion of Tract No. 53, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 14,
Page 26 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said county,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Ramona Boulevard as shown
on map of Tract No. 13527, recorded in Book 367. Page 6 of Maps, in
the Office of said County Recorder, said point being North 75° 37' 51"
East a distance of 294.89 feet from the center line of Stewart Avenue,
as shown on said Tract No. 13527; thence North 00 01' 20" West a
distance of 234.13 feet to the northerly line of said Tract No. 53;
thence North 89° 58' 40" East along said northerly line 237.88 feet to
the West line of the easterly 113.50 feet of said Tract No. 53,
measured from the Westerly line of a public highway known as Chicago
Avenue or La Rica Avenue as described in and established by an order of
the Board of Supervisors of said County, dated May 29, 1916. recorded
in Book 17y Page 201, records of the Board of Supervisors; thence
South 0° 00' 17" east along said westerly line 173.37 feet to said
center line of Ramona Boulevard; thence South 75° 37' 51" West along
said center line 245.58 feet to the point of beginning.

Beginning at a point in the center line of Pamona Boulevard a? shown
on map of Tract No. 13527, recorded in Book 367, Page 6 of Maos, in
the Office of said County Recorder, said point being North 75° 37' 51"
East a distance of 423.08 feet from the center line of Stewart Avenue.
as shown on said Tract No. 13527; thence northerly 0° 00' 17" West
a distance of 202.40 feet to the northerly line of said Tract No. 53;
thence North 89° 57' 40" East along said northerly line 113.63 feet
to the west line of the easterly 113.50 feet of said Tract No. 53,
measured from the westerly line of a public highway known as Chicago
Avenue or La Rica Avenue as described in and established by an order
of the Board of Supervisors of said county dated May 29, 1916, recorded
